At The Open Doors, we offer a range of navigation and support services designed to empower individuals of all ages in Camrose & County, Wetaskiwin & County & East Central Alberta. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of youth and adults, helping them access resources, build skills, and navigate complex systems.

Youth Navigation (Ages 11-24)
Our Youth Navigators provide coordination across various systems, offering:
- Referrals to healthcare professionals, mental health services, and community organizations
- Access to hygiene supplies
- Guidance through educational, employment, and health services
- Support in building self-efficacy and social connections
2. FRN Spoke Programs
a. Youth Support & Mentoring Program (7-13)
This program offers tailored navigation and mentoring services, including:
- Assessments and active case management
- Preventative follow-up
- Connections with vetted community mentors
- Focus on building self-esteem and social skills
b. Fun4Wellness Program (7-13)
Promoting mental wellness and child development through:
- Engaging games and activities
- Focus on well-being and social connections
- Fun, interactive learning experiences
C. Youth Connections (Ages 14-18)
Empowering teens to:
- Engage with their communities
- Develop essential life skills
- Build independence
- Explore diverse cultures
- Contribute meaningfully to society

4. Rural Navigation
Our Rural Navigation program extends our services to youth in rural areas, focusing on:
- Providing mental health case management
- Offering natural, wrap-around supports
- Improving access to services for rural youth
- Building capacity to serve more youth in remote areas
Our Rural Navigation aims to:
- Maintain or improve positive mental health for rural youth
- Demonstrate measurable improvement in youth mental health outcomes
- Increase the number of youths served in rural communities
