For Participants:
The Employment Program assists individuals ages 15-30 with entering the workforce by teaching skills such as:
- Resume building
- Time management
- Interview strategies
We also provide you with whatever training you require… for FREE!

In addition to employability skills, our workshops also include life skills such as boundaries, self-care, mental health, communication, stress management and conflict resolution.
For Employers:
The YESS (Youth Employment & Skills Strategy) Program, funded through the Government of Canada, helps connect our participants with local employers to provide meaningful work experience.
Successful participants are then provided with a Paid Quality Employment Opportunity (PQEO) of a maximum of 4 weeks up to 36.5 hours a week at $15/hr. which we reimburse the employer (paystub required).
